Martin practices throughout the entire State of Ohio. With more than 20 years of experience representing clients in the courtroom , Martin has successfully represented hundreds of clients facing legal challenges in unique and varied practice areas, including copyright infringement, trade secrets law, farming, real estate disputes, invasion of privacy, complex business litigation, business divorces, medical malpractice, personal injury, divorce, dissolutions, child custody, intra and interstate adoptions, and criminal cases.
Martin also teaches as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio where he has also taught Criminal Law, International Criminal Law and Media Law.
He is also a performing songwriter who serves as the regional co-coordinator for NSAI, the Nashville Songwriters Association International.

Martin has extensive experience resolving complex disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation, from multi-faceted business disputes to family law matters.
